The third edition of Young Chefs Unplugged
The third edition of Young Chefs Unplugged impressed around 200 young cooks from 15 to 17 october in Dornbirn, Austria.
In addition to exciting lectures and workshops, the program also included a cooking duel and a party.
After a year of involuntary Corona break, Young Chefs Unplugged, a specialist symposium for young cooks organized by Koch G5, entered a new round in mid-October.
It all started with a meet & greet on Friday, where the Koch G5 countries Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg and South Tyrol invited to an aperitif with get-together, at which each country presented its culinary delights.
