The purpose of the association is to bring together all professional chefs. Its goal is the defense of the interests of its members and the safeguard of the Culinary Art by the appropriate means, the encouragement and the motivation of young cooks to persevere in the profession, to promote the interest in the profession by the organization of national and international culinary competitions and to participate adequately in these competitions, to represent the profession of cook and the Culinary Art towards the general public.
