Vatel Luxembourg is organising the François Vatel competition in search of the best young chef to pass his or her final apprenticeship exam between 2021 and 2023.
The competition will take place on Tuesday 28 November at the Ecole d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Luxembourg in Diekirch. If you are interested in taking part, send an e-mail to vatel@pt.lu before 1 November to receive the competition rules.
